Policies
Though we love children and pets, we are considered and are governed by the same permitting as a tattoo shop; and therefore, do not allow minors or animals into the studio during permanent makeup services. I agree that I have read the FAQs and Pre + Post Care Instructions tabs on this website and understand the maintenance and the care instructions.
Deposits.
A deposit is required to book. A deposit reserves your appointment in the schedule and is therefore non-refundable. This deposit amount paid will be credited towards your service. The remaining balance is due during your appointment. We accept Zelle, cash or credit/debit. Deposits are non-transferable between clients. Applicable surcharges also apply to this policy.
Cancellations.
Life happens and if you must reschedule, do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. In addition, appointments may only be rescheduled twice. Rescheduling the same appointment more than twice, will forfeit your initial deposit and require another deposit to rebook. If you no-show or cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit entirely. Another deposit will be required to rebook. *Please, reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
Pricing is subject to change at anytime. No refunds or chargebacks for deposits, surcharges and services that have been provided.
